Domestic Cleaning

We provide professional domestic cleaning services across Brighton & Hove, designed to help busy individuals and families maintain a tidy home without any minimum term or binding contract. We offer flexible regular cleaning with a minimum commitment of two hours per week or three hours per fortnight, alongside one-off spring cleans and end-of-tenancy deep cleans.

You can choose between an Essential service (classic cleaning) starting at £17.50 per hour, a Premium Home Care service (Exceptional attention to detail, most experienced cleaners with specialist care) starting at £19.00 per hour, or a Housekeeping service (Premium Care plus extra help around your home) starting at £20/ hour.

All levels of service are delivered by experienced, fully vetted professionals and are regularly monitored to ensure consistently high standards and to ensure everyone’s happiness.

Commercial Cleaning

We provide high-quality commercial cleaning across Brighton & Hove, with a strong focus on communication, reliability, and supporting the day-to-day needs of facilities managers.

Rather than simply supplying cleaners and walking away, we work with you to create a tailored cleaning schedule from the outset. Regular quality checks, clear communication and ongoing management ensure consistently high standards, maintaining consistently high standards and giving you complete peace of mind.

Our commercial cleaning services start from a minimum of 8 hours per week, with competitive rates from £23.00 per hour. Cleaning can be scheduled in the mornings, evenings or weekends to suit the needs of your business.

"I've been looking for a regular cleaner for a while and contacted Helpful Hands as they did such a great job cleaning my carpets last year. I started with a regular cleaner a few weeks ago and it's been great. I have 6 cats, so although I hoover most days, I like a deep clean doing once a week and the harder jobs like skirting boards, doors, bathroom tiles etc. I'm really impressed not only with the quality of the clean but also the lack of disruption.
