We have 2 levels of service: standard and premium. All our cleaners are great, but we have some cleaners who have been with us for years and they are exceptional and honestly….the best in the business. So for these cleaners, who are usually supervisors and are training others, we charge a bit more, but you get a very high standard. So when we need to cover these cleaners, as a premium client, we will try to cover your usual cleaner with another premium cleaner. it’s just a bit more than usual.

“You should be able to make your instructions and what you want doing clear each visit, without any fuss and that if your cleaner is unwell or goes on her hols, you will get a cover cleaner and that the company is always on hand to talk to or sort out any problems. And if you want to cancel a cleaning or end the service you should be able to do so for any reason without having to be tied into a contract, providing that you give adequate notice then why not?
We will need to come and visit you, maybe for a coffee and a chat and you can give us a grand tour and we can talk about all the things you want doing. You might want to include a bit of ironing for example and that’s fine. We will probably need to give you a shopping list for all the cleaning products we know our cleaners like to use. Or you may just want a one- off domestic spring clean rather than a regular domestic cleaning service. Or you may want a full end of tenancy cleaning service where carpet cleaning may also be included.
Minimum service terms are 2 hours per week or 3 hours per fortnight, and we need to make sure you are in an area we cover.
Our minimum hours are 2 hours per week or 3 hours a fortnight and after that you can have as many hours as you want. And if you want a bit of a deeper spring clean, no problem. We will usually try to find you a cleaning day and time that is convenient to you.
Cleaners hourly rate starts from £16.50 per hour for a standard clean £17.50 per hour for a Premium clean and if you get in touch now, we’ll give you all the information on how it all works and arrange a visit to talk it all through.
